It all started in 2015 when founder Morgan Clark noticed a lack of childcare options to support busy families. As a St. Louis native, and recent college graduate, she took a leap of faith in launching STL Sitter in her hometown.
Born out of a desire to bring quality and convenience to busy parents, she created a community of highly qualified sitters and paired it with concierge service and proprietary technology to provide an unmatched experience that will undoubtedly change the way your family approaches childcare.

Morgan Clark lives in the suburbs of St. Louis with her husband Andrew, son Henry, and two black labs Carter and Chief.
Today she oversees Marketing and Technology for the brands.
Her ultimate goal is to develop technology that meets the needs of the evolving childcare industry, while pairing it with an unparalleled approach to service, and make it widely available to all.

Jewell is a recent addition to our team, and she takes charge in monitoring incoming communications, last minute requests, and emergencies in the early morning hours! This includes early morning requests for sick children at 7am and late night requests for snow days, or last minute date night plans. Or sitters who wake up feeling sick. Whatever the case may be - our system is monitored from 7am to 9pm!
Kathy is the logistics queen who oversees it all! As a longtime STL Sitter employee, she manages the operations from a high level. That includes everything from staff management to member services. Her primary goal is to assist all users on our platform, providing top notch, concierge service.
Kathy resides in Glendale, with her husband Kyle, and dog Georgia!
Erin is entering her 4th year on the STL Sitter team; she oversees operations and logistics on our platform, after our team clocks out for the day. She keeps families up to speed on any pending requests, returns urgent voicemails, and helps find alternate care when sitters are sick, or families need help at the last minute.
Emma oversees reviewing applications, and interviewing sitters! Each applicant meets with her face to face, to ensure all providers on our platform meet our standards, and have the ability to uphold our core values.
She also oversees their due diligence, ensuring each sitter completes a background and driving record check, our internal training program, and becomes CPR certified!
Andrew spent five years in the financial services industry, and learned the ins and outs of operations, cash management, and customer service.
In 2019, Andrew joined STL Sitter; and he is now responsible for managing financial projections, accounting and payroll.

Annabelle is your go to resource for working through complicated schedules, and recurring appointments. She evaluates each request within 24 hours of submission, and offers families with a realistic timeline for the matching process, based on factors such as: days requested, hours needed, specific parameters, and unique details.
