Communicating with Our Team
Our goal is to return all general communications, including member and provider inquiries, within 24 hours. This includes Emails, Voicemails, and Direct messages.
Response times may be subject to delays on weekends or high volume times, such as holidays, and back to school season.
Our After Hours team monitors urgent and emergent needs of our current users on weekends, evenings, and early mornings- while our offices are closed. Should you need assistance during our After Hours, please reach out via phone or direct message, and our team will assist as quickly as possible.
